Christopher George
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. George, a Managing Member since 2001, has been responsible for developing the Company’s strategy and overseeing all of the company’s activities as CEO since June 2006. Mr. George has successfully managed the company’s growth from its early stages of generating $7 million in revenues with 5 web sites to nearly $20 million in revenues with over 200 sites, which represents a 300% increase in the Company’s net profits in a six year period. Mr. George was also previously a General Partner and portfolio manager of Omega Advisors where he managed a $250 million portfolio. From 1998 to 2000 Mr. George executed a roll-up strategy of the Executive Office Suites industry on behalf of Frontline Capital Group, culminating in the $500 million acquisition of HQ Global Workplaces from Carr America Realty. Prior to 1998 Mr. George was a Managing Director and head of Global Real Estate Research with Bear Stearns and Co. in New York, NY. Mr. George was well known on Wall Street for publishing thousands of pages of equity research, including the US Real Estate Almanac, which provided a comprehensive study of the Office, Industrial, Multifamily, Retail and Lodging sectors in the top 50 MSAs. Mr. George holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor degree from the University of Michigan.

Jessica Metz-Kyriakos
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Kyriakos is responsible for managing the Company operations. She has been with the Highland Products since 02/05 and was appointed Director of Sales in 2006. Ms. Kyriakos has a wealth of experience in the Commercial Site Furnishing industry and has been instrumental to the company’s growth. Prior to her joining Highland, Ms. Kyriakos was the President/Owner of Playground Safety Patrol and is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI). Her company was responsible for acquiring the two largest contracts in Playground Safety Inspections and site amenity replacements in the cities of Detroit, Michigan and Atlanta, Georgia. She has over 10 years experience in dealing with Municipalities and Federal Government Entities, which make up a large portion of Highland’s customer base. Her business also acted as a vendor rep. for numerous manufacturers that are currently represented by Highland. Ms. Kyriakos has established retail/corporate experience as she was a Corporate Trainer and District Manager for The Limited Inc. for almost seven years. Ms. Kyriakos has received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University.

Noelle Tangye
Director of Product Management
Ms. Tangye has been an integral part of Highland Products Group since 2004. She began her career in the sales department where she was a leading sales rep for over 5 years. Her dedication, contributions to the team and product knowledge earned her a promotion to Director of Product Management in November 2009. Ms. Tangye is responsible for managing over 50,000 products advertised on 70 websites and plays a part in the selection and introduction of new products on these sites. In addition, she is the Authorized Contract Negotiator and Administrator for both of Highland’s General Services Administration (GSA) contracts and maintains over 3,000 products on these schedules. |
